November Burst Training Events

  

Want to lose weight and get fit? Come to one of  Weight Management and Intro to B.U.R.S.TCore™ workshops. This is a two part workshop that details two important pieces to  weight management.  Both are highly effective and have been proven to help individuals lose fat and inches without losing muscle! Lean muscle is the key to a good metabolism and the body’s natural ability to burn fat. Come experience a B.U.R.S.TCore™ workout first-hand, and get equipped to start on your inch-loss program immediately! Make sure you are dressed for a workout–B.U.R.S.TCore™ workouts are only 10 minutes long (3 minutes of actual work)!

For November:

1. Tuesday, November 3 from 9:30-10:30

2. Saturday, November 14 from 9:30-10:30

3. Thursday, November 19 from 9:30-10:30
