“Pumpkin Pie” Protein Shake

I woke up this morning and did my Burst Training, which took me a total of 10 minutes, and then made my way to the kitchen for my daily protein shake.

I was feeling festive this morning so instead of the norm, I thought this amazing fall weather called for something a bit more creative and tasty.  “Pumpkin Pie” was on the menu. Try it out and let me know what you think!  You can tweak this to your liking!

“Pumpkin Pie” Protein Shake

1 cup milk (coconut, almond, soy, or regular)

3 Tbsp. Shaklee Energyzing Soy Protein Vanilla

1/4 or 1/2 cup pumpkin (I like  mine really “pumpkin-y”)

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1-2 Tbsp. Agave (to your liking)

4 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in blender or Vita-Mix. Add a little water if shake is too thick.  Double or triple recipe if making for more than one person. Enjoy!
