2 T Natural peanut butter**
1 T Low-fat Stoneyfield Farms vanilla flavored yogurt
1/3 ea Banana, sliced
dash Cinnamon

1 stick Cinch Energy Tea Mix
6 oz. hot water
2 tbsp. unsweetened apple juice
1 tsp. orange juice
Dash of cinnamon
