Nathan is a Certified Personal Trainer who has worked with Division I Athletes and coached woman’s soccer. Jenni played Division I soccer and has done exercise training for years. She was the head coach of a High School girl’s soccer team. Both have a passion to help others get healthy through physical fitness and good nutrition.
Together we train with a method called Burst Training, a unique concept of exercise that combines both cardio and resistance into one short, yet intense workout. “FREE Weight Management and Intro to Burst Training”
Want to lose weight and get fit? Come to one of Weight Management and Intro to Burst Training workshops. This is a two part workshop that details two important pieces to weight management. Both are highly effective and have been proven to help individuals lose fat and inches without losing muscle! Lean muscle is the key to a good metabolism and the body’s natural ability to burn fat. Come experience a Burst Training workout first-hand, and get equipped to start on your inch-loss program immediately! Make sure you are dressed for a workout–Burst Training workouts are only 10 minutes long (3 minutes of actual work)!

“Burst Training 101 Workshop” Agenda
- Exercise: A more in-depth look at the three types of exercise: pros and cons, hormone responses, how to reset your metabolism. The concept of Burst Training will be explained in greater detail.
- Weight Management: The CINCH program by Shaklee leverages 50 years of nutritional science and is formulated to help you lose fat and inches without losing any muscle. Muscle is necessary for a good metabolism. With most diet, you will lose pounds, but you have no way to stop the pounds that you lose from muscle. As with any workout, over a period of time, things need to be changed up to keep getting the desired results. Burst Training 201 builds on the concepts learned in the 101 Workshop and includes more in-depth and personalized instruction on how to keep Burst Training working for you. Learn ways to continue building muscle and burning fat so that you don’t plateau in your progress.
