Ingredients:
1 stick Cinch Energy Tea Mix
6 oz. hot water
2 tbsp. unsweetened apple juice
1 tsp. orange juice
Dash of cinnamon
Directions:
Heat water and mix with one stick of Energy Tea Mix unsweetened. Add apple juice, orange juice, and cinnamon. Stir and sip.

1 Cup milk, almond milk, or coconut milk
1 tbsp. natural , creamy peanut butter
